HOW TO REQUEST QUOTE FOR CUSTOM ORDER

For custom order quotes for products not found on our site you may do one of the following and a team member will contact you:

• Fill out our Contact Form 
• Purchase a Custom Order Deposit directly from the site. Use the NOTES section at Checkout to enter details about your request. Custom Order Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied to your final order. 
• Email and upload documents and pictures (PDF, JPEG, PNG) to uploads@kreatrinity.com.
• Please make sure to be detailed in your request and to include your contact info 

Email / Upload images (PDF, JPEG, PNG) to uploads@kreatrinity.com. Include your Order # in Subject Line. 

PRODUCT CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Product care instructions are included with your order or may be found under product description. Please contact us if unavailable.   

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?

In stock and ready to ship orders are processed within 3 to 21 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Meaning this is the time that we handcraft your order. Processing time for Custom Order Requests begins once approval of final mock up and final payment is received. Processing times for Buy-Ins and Wholesale products can be found in each product's description. If any product requires longer processing time it will be specified in product description. You will then receive another notification when your order has shipped which will include your shipment details and tracking number or pick up details. Shipping time will depend on your shipping selection at checkout.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available on the carrier’s website.

SHIPPING POLICY?

Our current shipping options are USPS, UPS and DHL.

We do not assume any responsibility for delayed, lost, misplaced, undeliverable or damaged mail. Mail insurance options are available for purchase at checkout. Please contact the carrier service directly regarding shipping/delivery issues.

Free Shipping requires minimum $150 order after discounts and before taxes and shipping fees. Eligible for USA purchases only

SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH MY ORDER?

KreaTrinity LLC is dedicated to customer satisfaction and we take pride in our products and our work. If you are unsatisfied with our products and/or services, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will try to make it right within the guidelines of our Refund Policy.

If your order is defective, contains items that are created or printed materially different than your approved final design or on incorrect products we will recreate or reprint those incorrect products for you. If for any reason we try and are unable to recreate or reprint those products correctly, we will refund you for those products. Please be prepared to provide proof of discrepancy including but not limited to pictures and/or video. 

REFUND POLICY? 

KreaTrinity LLC is dedicated to customer satisfaction and we take pride in our products and our work. If you are unsatisfied with our products and/or services, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will try to make it right within the guidelines of our Refund Policy. Please be prepared to provide proof of discrepancy including but not limited to pictures and/or video. All returns and/or refunds must have prior approval by KreaTrinity LLC. Any refund due will be credited back to your original form of payment within 3-5 business days from date of approval.
